Brett has the knowledge, experience and honesty you want to find in a professional contractor. Vicki is a Realtor and has had experience with many plumbing contractors. When it came to having another plumber out to help us with a couple of projects (faucet leak/replacement, value shutoff replacements in baths, and recently a failed water heater) she said let’s try Zippy. They came out to review the issues we were having, sized up the job and communicated when they would be back with all the materials, crew members, equipment and knowledge to make our issues as seamless as possible. They definitely do a great job and are full of integrity, for sure. Our yard is back to its original condition and complete in the time frame they said it would be. I have had ZZ plumbing come to my home for plumbing problems twice. Brett is very knowledgeable and experienced in fixing plumbing problems. I know I can trust Brett to fix it right. Colleen is very nice to work with and gets me on Brett’s schedule as soon as possible. I would recommend Zippy Zebra Plumbing when you need it fixed right .

I initially had Zippy Zebra come out to install a new water softener. Between Colleen’s help and Brett’s efficiency it was a seamless and easy process. He was even able to install a new reverse osmosis system for me that same day even though it wasn’t on the agenda. Since then, I have had Zippy Zebra replace my old shower valves and replace my leaking hot water tank. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a reputable and reliable plumbing company.

I recently had an issue with my hot water tank which was under warranty. The manufacturer of the tank was not responsive with finding the necessary part required to fix the tank. The Customer Service staff at Zippy worked hard to check with every supplier in the Valley and when that didn’t work they explored other options. They were in constant contact with me and had the tank up and running on Friday evening, long after “ regular work hours” to ensure that we had hot water for the weekend. I will not hesitate to recommend Zippy Zebra and they are our go to plumbing company going forward!

Brett and his team have been there on more occasions than I can count: Remodels… check. Whole house replumbs, check. Saw cut a foundation for a new island…check. A pipe broke in the wall of a stand up shower and flooded the house…they were there – Mighty Zippy. The hot water heater went out right before we left for vacation… they fixed it while we were gone. Trying to sell a house from out of town… they’re on it. I’ve referred them to countless people who are also loyal customers now.

My main water line was leaking and I called SIX plumbers in the phone book- no one would come out even I told them though AZ Water had come and shut the water off. All were too busy, next week, 2 days from now, etc. etc. Brett and his crew came out that afternoon and got everything fixed, thank God. I have since used them for purchasing/installing new water heater, kitchen faucet, all plumbing the the bathrooms, and fixed my outside water shut off. They show up on time, do very good work- never had any problem after they were done with any work. Colleen is very nice and would recommend this company to anyone. They take their customers / work seriously.

Zippy Zebra is the best plumbing company we have used. They were able to come quickly for our urgent toilet issue and even replaced the bathtub drain head while they were there. The worker was kind to let my 5 kids watch him work and gave them stickers when he left. I would highly recommend Zippy Zebra!

We love Zippy Zebra!! We called them once and haven’t called anyone else since for our plumbing needs. They repaired our main line out to the city line. They replaced our kitchen faucet that broke, installed our water softener, replaced a bathtub faucet and the list goes on. Always kind, on time and honest. Zippy Zebra plumbing is good. They are a small local company, very knowledgable. Everyone I have referred them to has been very happy with them.

Zippy was very quick to come out and help us prepare for a new dishwasher and returned to help fix something again even though it was not their issue with no charge! Fast, reliable, knowledgeable and friendly.

I saw their van in traffic and called their number. The young lady that answered was very pleasant and helpful. She had the owner call me within only a few minutes. Brett the owner came over to my home within 30 minutes and gave me a very reasonable estimate and I had him replace an exterior valve and hose bit. He did an awesome job and I really appreciate the great work and customer service advise that he provided. I would definitely recommend his company to anybody needed plumbing work done. Great Service!!

I want to give a HUGE shout out and THANK YOU to Zippy Zebra plumbing for coming to my rescue so quickly. I discovered a leak last night by stepping on wet carpet and immediately called my home warranty company who proceeded to tell me they could have some one out Thursday or Friday!!! That was unacceptable especially in this desert heat. So I went to Nextdoor and looked through the recommendations and Zippy Zebra was at the top of the list. I called this morning, they were out this afternoon and fixed the leak. This was the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. The customer service was outstanding from beginning to end! If you have any plumbing issues make sure Zippy Zebra is your first and only choice. Thanks again!

I wanted to give a formal shout out to Zippy Zebra Plumbing. I left him a message late last evening about an emergency repair to my water main and they call me back before 8 this morning. They had someone out to dig by 10: 30 and repair was done by 12: 30.  Their cost was reasonable compared to other quotes that I received they were professional, courteous and quick. I truly appreciate them getting a scheduled same day and getting the job done quickly and done well.

I was referred to Zippy Zebra for warranty repair of my defective water heater (1of2) by Mr. Paul Baker at Blandford Homes as there go-to-guys for plumbing concerns. I called Kathy at the main office. She requested that I send a picture from my smart phone of the Bradford White serial # and other important details. Immediately thereafter, she sent a link to my smart phone and I replied with the requested photo. Just over 35-minutes later their plumber (David) was at my door with his service truck. After a quick inspection of the Bradford White water heater in question, we were draining the tank and replacing the defective parts (the required Bradford White repair kit was on the truck). Upon completing the repair, we refilled the tank and purged water from the effected portion of the house. All parts were covered under warranty and I was charged for only the service call & labor. 30-minutes later we were back in business with hot water. All I can say is that, ‘it doesn’t get any better than that!’ Experienced, professional & timely in every respect. I recommend Zippy Zebra Plumbing and Kathy & David without reservation.

Received the run-around from other companies IF they actually showed up for a scheduled appointment. Zippy Zebra continues to be professional, thorough, timely & extremely helpful. Would refer them to anyone.
